Order times may fluctuate up to 10 business days during holidays, new releases, and peak sales. We do our best to keep you posted on current processing times from week to week, at the top of the page.
Should we run into any issues when preparing your order, we will reach out as soon as possible.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND PROCESSING TIME IS DIFFERENT THAN SHIPPING TIME.

We ship through both USPS and UPS are NOT responsible for your package once it is accepted by the shipping carrier. This includes but not limited to, delays, damages, and theft after delivery. Should any of these occur, you must call the carrier for help. We are unable to resolve these issues and have the same tracking info as you. We encourage our customers to purchase Route Protection Plan as it has proven to be a more seamless claim process.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR SELECTED SHIPPING CARRIER IF YOUR CART CALCULATED SHIPPING COST INACCURATELY OR IT SHORTENS TRANSIT TIME. IF YOU REQUEST A SPECIFIC SHIPPING CARRIER, PLEASE MAKE A NOTATION AT CHECKOUT.

If your address was wrong when you ordered, please note we cannot refund you. Should the package be returned to us, you WILL BE responsible to cover shipping costs for it to be re-shipped.

SHIPPING PRICES DO NOT REFLECT ANY IMPORT TAXES OR FEES FOR YOUR PACKAGE. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ADDITIONAL FEES MAY BE OCCUR FROM YOUR LOCAL AGENCY.
RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We do NOT accept any returns or exchanges for orders. This is for the protection of each of our customers and to ensure you are not getting an altered product. We suggest purchasing smaller quantities of products to ensure satisfaction before placing larger orders.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Should your package arrive damaged, DO NOT throw away any contents, including the package or products! Your carrier may need to assess the damage. If you need information from us to submit the claim, please reach out via email.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING THE CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER.
We will do our best to provide replacements in the meantime, but it is not guaranteed.
