ORDER MODIFICATIONS, COMBINING ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to the large volume of orders we receive, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
While customers don’t see the behind-the-scenes process, our employees across different departments get to work quickly to prepare and process orders. Making changes to an order can disrupt and even halt orders, which does not result in great productivity.
If you wish to add additional items you will need to place a separate order, which will ship separately. We do not combine orders.
SHIPPING POLICY
Order times may fluctuate up to 10 business days during holidays, new releases, and peak sales. We do our best to keep you posted on current processing times from week to week, at the top of the page.
Should we run into any issues when preparing your order, we will reach out as soon as possible.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND PROCESSING TIME IS DIFFERENT THAN SHIPPING TIME.

We ship through both USPS and UPS are NOT responsible for your package once it is accepted by the shipping carrier. This includes but not limited to, delays, damages, and theft after delivery. Should any of these occur, you must call the carrier for help. We are unable to resolve these issues and have the same tracking info as you. We encourage our customers to purchase Route Protection Plan as it has proven to be a more seamless claim process.

If your address was wrong when you ordered, please note we cannot refund you. Should the package be returned to us, you WILL BE responsible to cover shipping costs for it to be re-shipped.

RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We do NOT accept any returns or exchanges for orders. This is for the protection of each of our customers and to ensure you are not getting an altered product. We suggest purchasing smaller quantities of products to ensure satisfaction before placing larger orders.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Should your package arrive damaged, DO NOT throw away any contents, including the package or products! Your carrier may need to assess the damage. If you need information from us to submit the claim, please reach out via email.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING THE CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER.
We will do our best to provide replacements in the meantime, but it is not guaranteed.

I am excited to start getting all my fall favorites out and adding this to my collection of fall scents.
This scent is perfect for those who are wanting something on the lighter, clean side.
So far I am loving this mold as nd all the details it is great.

I was expecting a scent that would remind me of Orange Crush soda, and while it does smell like fresh orange, it doesn’t give the soda-like smell (which isn’t a bad thing!) I will def be buying a bigger bottle next time.
Last time I smelled this was in High School and I never forgot it. This fragrance oil brought back good memories. The scent lasts sooo long. I poured some in an atomizer and mixed with Everclear/ethanol to make a diluted perfume, then sprayed on my bedsheets. It's been 3 days and I still smell it! 10/10 will definitely buy again.
Also appreciated the small gift included in the package. Very kind of the seller.
