        General Questions

        We do our very best to keep customers informed on our current processing times. This information can be found at the top of our Home Page. Please keep in mind that processing time DOES NOT INCLUDE shipping time.

        Once your order has been placed, we will begin fulfilling it as soon as possible. Once the order has been fulfilled (processed), you should receive tracking information via e-mail to the address on file.

        Shipping Times: Shipping times are determined by the shipping carrier. Packages that are filled and ready to ship, are usually dropped off the same day unless unforeseen delays occur. Please keep in mind we have no control over the amount of time it takes for our packages to arrive to you, once left with the carrier.

        We ask that you please carefully look over your cart before checking out. Once an order has been submitted, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE. We want to ensure the rest of our customers get their orders filled on time; therefore, the less time we take making adjustments, the faster we can get orders out.

        If a packaged is refused from the carrier and sent back to us, we will refund your order total MINUS the shipping charges once the package is in our possession.

        Processing time is the amount of time needed to process the order. That includes printing your packaging slip, gather all items in your order, packaging, and preparing shipment information. Depending on the number of orders received and what product your order includes, will determine the processing time needed. We do our best to keep our processing time updated at the top of or Home Page.

        Our business days are Monday - Friday. For example, if you place an order on a Friday, the first business day is Monday. Also, we do not ship orders when the Post Office is observing a holiday. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.

        When a holiday falls on a Saturday, our company observes the preceding Friday as a holiday. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday will be observed as a holiday.

        Returns

        We do NOT accept any returns or exchanges for orders. This is for the protection of each customer and to ensure you are not getting an altered product. We highly suggest purchasing sample sizes of our products to ensure you and your customers will be highly satisfied, before purchasing large quantities.

        Shipping

        Please trust that it is equally as frustrating for us, as it is you when this happens! We work hard to get orders out and when they end up with delays, it feels as if all our hard work just went to waste.

        Unfortunately, once your package is handed off to the carrier, we no longer have any control over it. The tracking history you see is the same for all parties, including the carrier. 

        If your package was shipped via USPS, they require a 2-week waiting period from the date your package was accepted, in order to file a claim. Once the 2-week period has been reached, you can then go online and file your claim.

        PLEASE NOTE - USPS does not guarantee any shipping dates

        This is a very unfortunate situation that does occur from time to time. If you did not receive your package but the tracking information states it was delivered, you must submit a claim. As the customer and recipient, it is your responsibility to submit your own claim. The Freshie Junkie will NOT file it for you!

        We do our very best to insure all items are safely packaged, before leaving our store. Although it is very unfortunate when situations like this occur, The Freshie Junkie is NOT responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. This solely lies with the shipping carrier and any neglect shown must be addressed with them directly.
