📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Orders that include molds have a processing time of up to 8 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time

During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the current processing timeframe.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

The Freshie Junkie, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages
If Route Protection is purchased, claims must be filed through Route.
✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or combined.
This includes:

Adding or removing items

Changing shipping addresses

Combining multiple orders
Orders are sent into processing quickly to ensure fast turnaround times for all customers.
📬 Incorrect or Missing Items
If you believe an item is missing or incorrect, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
To process any claim, we require:

A photo of your packing slip

A photo of all items received
We review packing records and security footage for every order to verify accuracy before issuing a resolution.
Claims submitted after 72 hours of confirmed delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
🧴 Fragrance Oil Policy
Fragrance oils should be inspected upon delivery.

Any concerns must be reported within 72 hours of confirmed delivery

Shelf life is typically 6–12 months, depending on storage conditions and scent composition

Citrus and lighter floral scents may degrade more quickly
Due to the nature of fragrance oils and variables outside of our control (such as storage conditions), we are unable to accept responsibility for fragrance concerns reported after 72 hours of delivery.
All fragrance oil sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
⏳ Time-Sensitive Orders
If you need your order by a specific date, please plan accordingly.
We do not guarantee delivery dates, and we do not offer rush processing at this time.
💳 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We are committed to resolving any issues directly.
By placing an order, you agree to contact us first for resolution before filing a dispute.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us may be considered misuse of the dispute process, and all supporting documentation (including policies, order details, and delivery confirmation) will be submitted to dispute the claim.
