We ship through both USPS and UPS are NOT responsible for your package once it is accepted by the shipping carrier. This includes but not limited to, delays, damages, and theft after delivery. Should any of these occur, you must call the carrier for help. We are unable to resolve these issues and have the same tracking info as you. We encourage our customers to purchase Route Protection Plan as it has proven to be a more seamless claim process.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR SELECTED SHIPPING CARRIER IF YOUR CART CALCULATED SHIPPING COST INACCURATELY OR IT SHORTENS TRANSIT TIME. IF YOU REQUEST A SPECIFIC SHIPPING CARRIER, PLEASE MAKE A NOTATION AT CHECKOUT.

If your address was wrong when you ordered, please note we cannot refund you. Should the package be returned to us, you WILL BE responsible to cover shipping costs for it to be re-shipped.
