Choosing scents that work best is the most important part. You want well rounded scents throughout top, middle, and base notes. Top fragrance notes will burn off during drying cycles, so heavy middle and base notes are what you're looking for.

Making your laundry detergent:
Calculate your fragrance load based on total weight of product.
Example - 7 lb detergent : 112 total ounces - 3% equals 3.36 oz of fragrance oil. The remaining 108.64 will be your laundry base.
Thoroughly mix your fragrance oil and laundry base Allow to sit 24-48 hours and check for separation. Please note - some fragrance oils may cause color changes to detergent.
